Introduction

Welcome to Popzar, an English-language online gaming information platform available at https://popzar.cam (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "Site", "Popzar", "we", "us" or "our"). Popzar is operated as an independent informational service targeting Pakistani users and others who access the site from jurisdictions where such content is permitted.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Terms and Conditions" or "Agreement") set out the legally binding rules that govern your access to and use of the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access the Platform ("User", "you" or "your").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing Content, using the navigation, reading guides or accessing any page of the Site — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with Popzar's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation, company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" shall refer to that entity.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Popzar with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Popzar.

Account Eligibility

Access to the Popzar Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your operator's license jurisdiction, to use this Platform. Popzar is strictly for adults. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. You must not, under any circumstances:

• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, crawlers or similar technologies to access, index, extract or collect data from the Platform without Popzar's prior written permission;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, server infrastructure, database or related systems;
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious or technologically harmful material to the Platform;
• Engage in any conduct designed to disrupt, damage, overload or impair the Platform or its underlying infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks;
• Use the Platform to transmit unsolicited communications, spam or phishing messages;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or entity;
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
• Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Platform;
• Harvest, collect or store personal data of other users of the Platform;
• Post, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, invasive of another's privacy or otherwise objectionable.

Popzar reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including blocking access to the Platform and reporting conduct to relevant authorities where required.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and all of its Content — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, graphics, images, design elements, layout, source code, databases, software and compilations — are the intellectual property of Popzar or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database laws.

The name "Popzar", the Popzar logo and all related brand identifiers are proprietary to Popzar. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Popzar's trademarks, trade names, logos or other brand elements without Popzar's prior written consent.

Third-party names referenced on this Platform — including payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sports bodies such as PCB, PSL or ICC — remain the trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention on this Platform is purely for informational and contextual purposes and does not imply endorsement, affiliation or commercial partnership of any kind.

Disclaimers and Warranties

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or non-infringement.

Popzar does not warrant or represent that:

• The Platform will be available continuously, without interruption or error;
• The Content is accurate, current, complete or free from errors or omissions;

• The Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components;

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Popzar, its directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

Termination and Suspension of Access

Popzar reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Platform — with or without notice — if Popzar reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You are engaging in conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful or disruptive to the Platform or other users;
• Continued access would expose Popzar to legal, reputational or operational risk;
• You have provided materially false, misleading or incomplete information.

You may discontinue your use of the Platform at any time. Upon termination — whether initiated by you or by Popzar — all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect, including Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability) and 12 (Governing Law).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Popzar is incorporated or operates under its international framework, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan has its own laws governing gambling activities, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and that these laws may independently apply to their conduct. Popzar does not represent that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for compliance with local law.

Amendments to These Terms

Popzar reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, Popzar will update the "Effective Date" and "Last Reviewed" dates at the top of this page. In some circumstances, Popzar may provide additional notice through a prominent banner on the Platform.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any revised Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
